Dental Insurance

As a dentist in Orlando I have been getting calls this week with people worried about their dental insurance. They are concerned about the changes and what The President is trying to do with regular health care and if it affects Dental Benefits. At this point we are not involved. Your dental benefits you get from work at this point should stay the same. My staff confirms your insurance before you come in and we have it on file so it gives us a very accurate estimate of what your insurance pays. Keep a eye on your insurance through your human resource department at work. Make sure when they come around and give you choices you choose always a "PPO" plan. This allows you to go to the dentist of your choice. Don't let them fool you. You want to do this and in reality it only costs penny's more. You do not want to let the government take over your health care like they are doing with cars. Call your senators and congressmen and let them know you do not want this government plan. We have some challenges now with health insurance, but nothing like it will be with the government taking over health care. Right now dental is left alone , this President we have is going to destroy us with these socialistic policies. So call your representative now. As a final point get involved with your dental coverage. You should call and get familiar with your dental coverage just like my staff does for you so you understand and it all makes sense. Most patients always think the insurance covers more than it does. So , get involved even before you come in so you see we are telling you straight.
